Olympia salon and spa is proud to announce the spirituality retreat suite. We will be hosting many spiritual classes, readings, healing sessions and much more by many experience, gifted spirituality people. The owner, Lois lombardo, believes that the historic hotel that the salon is located in is a building that was built for much healing. Dr Joseph Croman had the hotel built in 1910. His hotel was open to the public but he had many patients of his that were terminally ill and he had them stay at the hotel as a guest and took care of them until they’re passing. The building is believed to have been built on healing spiritual grounds. Upon entering the building many people state they feel calm and at peace and a desire to just be in the building. Lois believes that the spirituality suite goes along with the concept of Olympia salon and spa. Her mission was to create a business that was all about spiritual healing, pampering and beauty. Olympia Salon & Spa pampers you from head to toe and now helps relax your mind and soul.

We offer Reiki!
Reiki is a Japanese word that means “Universal Life Force Energy,” the energy that surrounds, flows through and gives life to all things. Reiki is a practice of using this energy flow to promote relaxation, ease stress and tension, and connect people with their own healing energy.
What happens during a reiki session?During a session the practitioner and recipient will speak briefly about any emotional or physical issues the recipient may be experiencing and answer any questions. The recipient will lay comfortably on the table fully clothed with the exception of the feet. A state of relaxation will be created with soft music, aromatherapy and guided breathing techniques. Reiki energy will be transferred into the body and energy field through light touch on or slightly above the body in various positions. How will I feel? Most clients report feeling deeply relaxed and peaceful during and after a session. Others may experience warmth, coolness, or tingling sensations during the session. Some achieve a sense of clarity and awakening. The experience is different for each person and unique to each persons path. What is Crystal Healing? The session is similar to a standard Reiki session with the addition of selectively chosen crystals placed on or near the body. Before a Crystal Healing session the practitioner, sometimes with the help of the recipient, will choose crystals to use during the session that complement the desired results. How does it work?All crystals contain subtle vibrations and have their own unique set of frequencies. Every part of our physical and energy selves vibrates at varying levels and frequencies also. The practitioner will utilize crystals that correspond with the state and outcome seeking to be achieved. This will create positive influence through harmonizing vibrations between the crystals and energy points. Crystals can be used in conjunction with the flow of reiki energy to create balance within the body. Can I bring my own crystals? If you have your own personal crystals that resonate with you feel free to bring them for the session.
